The Kansas Ave Family Resource Center held it’s annual Free “Back-2- School Back Pack Giveaway”, at the Stratton Community Center, in Bordwell Park, Sunday, August 18, 2013. Members of the Family Resource Center Board, & other Community volunteers included (l-r): CarolineMartinez, Nirma Usher, Robert Bird, Gaspard Gourdet, Fred Bryant, Carmen Webster, Charmain Williams, & Gwen Stoddard. Between 110 & 115 backpacks were distributed.
