Black Future Leaders, Inc. is a Leadership Development Program for high school achievers (3.0 GPA or better) that requires excellence and community service along with mentoring as part of the development.

Danny Tillman responded with “I’ve been mentoring and educating youth for so long, it’s second nature to me, it’s what I do. To be recognized for what is so much a part of my life and what I’ve been doing for years, is an honor.”
