“Ripley Believe It or Not If You Don’t Get Your Act Together You Are Going to Hell!”

What would it take for you to realize that it is time to put your house in order? That it’s time for you to get your act together! Oh, I know, you’re hoping to be like the thief on the cross and meet your Savior in just the last minutes of your life? Well thus saith the Lord, “I want you to give careful thought to this once again, “What is your life? A vapor that appears for a little while then vanishes away.” [James 4:13-17]. Get your act together or you are going to Hell! Set your house in order, and pray that you are found worthy to escape the tribulation that is coming upon the whole world. Warning after warning in Scripture, telling you that the time is short; have sense enough to discern the signs of the times and see then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise… [Ephesians 5:16]. I want you to know that Hezekiah was forced to reflect on all aspects of his life. He had to wrestle with the short time he had yet to live. He had to wrestle with what would happen after death. You see, death for all of us is just a breath away. And the nearer death is, the closer we are to answering to God for all we have said and done.”[2 Corinthians 5:10]. Get your act together or you are going to Hell! Believe it or not!

I want you to know that when Paul preached to Governor Felix he reasoned of righteousness, temperance and judgment to come. Thus, Felix was terrified! When Peter preached, the people were pricked in their hearts and cried out, “What must we do?” Today however, nobody trembles and cries out in anguish over their sins. Just like when Stephen preached they stopped their ears and all rushed upon him. But I tell you life is short; death is sure and God’s judgment is coming. So as [2 Kings 20:1] admonish you, “Set thine house in order for thou shalt die and not live.” Prepare to meet thy God! [Amos 4:12]. Your very salvation depends upon it. The Bible makes it perfectly clear that God’s judgment is certain. And it IS coming! [Acts 17:31] tells us, “…because He has appointed a day on which He will judge the world in righteousness by the Man whom He has ordained. He has given assurance of this to all by raising Him from the dead.” I don’t know about you, but even now I can hear the thunderous hooves of the four horses storming across the stage of human history, bringing deception, wars, hunger and death on a scale so massive it staggers the mind! Our time is growing short! While no man knows the day or the hour…all of the major players are walking onto the world stage. I believe that we are literally watching Bible prophecy unfold before our very eyes. So I will make it as clear as I can. Get your house in order. While you do not live in fear, you must be prepared. Your time grows shorter with every waking hour. Don’t wait another second to make Jesus Christ the Lord of your life. You have no time to waste! Death is not just probable, but absolutely certain, and can happen at any minute,

“Then I saw another angel flying the in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach to those who dwell on the earth, to every nation, tribe, tongue, and people, saying with a loud voice, Fear God and give glory to Him for the hour of His judgment has come; and worship Him who made heaven and earth, the sea and springs of water.” And another angel followed, saying, “Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she has made all nations drink of the wind of the wrath of her fornication.” Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, “If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength in the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever, and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosever receives the mark of his name.” [Revelation 14: 6:11].

“So teach us to number our days that we may present to You a heart of wisdom.” [Psalms 90:12].

R. Kelly cancels Los Angeles show amid cult allegations

The embattled R&B singer R. Kelly has canceled a number of forthcoming dates on his new "After Party" tour, including an Oct. 6 concert at Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles.

The cancellations come after a recent Buzzfeed story by music journalist and longtime Kelly chronicler Jim DeRogatis alleged that the singer was keeping what was described as an "abusive cult" of women against their will. Kelly has denied the allegations.

Kelly, who performed on Friday in Virginia Beach, Va., has so far also nixed forthcoming concerts in New Orleans and Baton Rouge, La., and Dallas.

Although Ticketmaster offered no explanation for the cancellations, TMZ reported that in the hours prior to Kelly's Virginia Beach concert, a chart of available seating indicated the venue was "barely at 50% capacity." Representatives for Kelly were not available for comment.

Tickets for the Microsoft Theater date remain on sale through AXS.com, the venue's ticketing site, but both the theater's and Kelly's website list the date as being canceled.

Tickets for Kelly's concert in Ontario, Calif., on Oct. 8, however, remain on sale through Ticketmaster. But there doesn't seem to be much of a rush. Vast swaths of Citizens Business Bank Arena seem to remain open, according to Ticketmaster's chart.

AXE® "Clears the Air" on Confusion Between Body Sprays and Dry Sprays

ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J., July 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- According to research, 64% of young guys think body spray and antiperspirant dry sprays are the same thing*. Fact check – they're not. With 1 in 2 guys thinking that they should apply body spray to their underarms,* enough is enough! AXE wants to clear the air on the right ways to spray.

So, first things first – body spray. What does it do and how should you use it? Look closely at the package, and you'll notice it's called "Daily Fragrance" (a.k.a. body spray).

In other words, body spray has super powers – and with great power comes great responsibility. Spray responsibly and help keep the air clear. No need to blast the whole can at once. Simply "throw a 7 on it," meaning a quick spray in the shape of a "7" across your chest and stomach for as long as it takes to say the word "AXE" (and not "AAAAAAAAXE"). Trust us, your crush, classmates, teachers, janitors, bus drivers, lockers, bookbags, and even the flies in the cafeteria will respect your subtle freshness.

Okay, so then what is dry spray? Officially known as "AXE Antiperspirant Dry Spray," it goes under your armpits to keep you dry for up to 48 hours. Use it just like you would an antiperspirant stick. It's your personal fullback blocking the sweat before it reaches the skin.

To help spread the word, AXE enlisted YouTube comedian and musician Rudy Mancuso, and rapper Kap G to show guys everywhere how to #sprayresponsibly. Ahead of the new school year, Rudy and Kap G – along with Miles Hampton, Zack Naegeli, Skyler Seymour and Joe May – will take to their social channels with new, exclusive content to help guys stay fresh and dry on the daily.

"From stressing over exams to sweating in gym class, AXE knows young guys need a little help to stay fresh and dry," said Dawn Hedgepeth, Senior Director of U.S. Deodorants & Male Grooming, Unilever. "As it turns out, they also need help figuring out the best way to use AXE sprays. We're excited to be working with such an influential group of guys, who will help us 'clear the air' with their millions of followers as they head back to school."

In addition to learning how to spray from our influencers, check out the latest AXE commercial that showcases the right way to spray. To learn more about AXE and its products, visit www.axe.com and follow AXE on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. And be sure to join the #sprayresponsibly conversation on social.

Just-Approved VW Diesel Plan a Step Forward for Disadvantaged Communities, More Needed

SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA – The Greenlining Institute today supported the California Air Resources Board’s approval of a clean vehicle investment plan stemming from a settlement to address the Volkswagen diesel emissions scandal. Greenlining has been critical of the plan, as it falls short of prioritizing meaningful investment in the state's most polluted low-income communities of color, but updates to the plan have eased some of these concerns.

“Because low-income communities of color are most likely to live near busy roads and freeways, the health of these communities took the biggest hit from VW’s emissions cheating,” said Greenlining Institute Environmental Equity Legal Counsel Joel Espino. “We’re glad that VW has updated its plan to make clear that it will work toward major investments in electric vehicle infrastructure, access and awareness in the communities that need it most. But we look forward to actions because they speak louder than words.”

Under the Zero Emission Vehicle Investment Plan, to be implemented by its subsidiary Electrify America, VW will invest $800 million over 10 years in clean vehicle access, infrastructure and awareness. With some progress on commitments to underserved communities, Greenlining and a variety of environmental and public health organizations supported the plan.

“While we’re pleased with today’s decision, VW’s breach of trust with Californians requires CARB and community groups to keep a close watch on implementation,” Espino said. “We and others will keep pushing for strong CARB and stakeholder engagement to ensure that Electrify America rolls out its investments in a way that maximizes benefits to California’s poorest and most polluted communities.”
